📍Address & Nearest MRT: 26A Lor Mambong,
88 Pocha @ Holland Village
What we ordered: Happie Meal ($54.88+)
definitely suitable for more than 2pax😂 we had to takeaway the leftover chicken
1. La Galbi Beef Ribs 🌟
- the beef ribs were the only saving grace, as it was flavourful and juicy 😋😋 probably the only dish worth ordering 😅😅
2. Fried Chicken (Whole, abt 14 pcs)
- Served hot and crispy, but taste wise….. a little disappointing tbh! it was just an average fried chicken, not flavourful, but the sweet? chilli sauce helped a little….. (I’d rather have Jollibee😢) I think i’d preferred other Korean fried chicken with options such as honey soy garlic. felt that it was just a plain fried chicken. serving was huge, but honestly wouldn’t order it again.
3. Mentaiko Fries
- pretty decent, well fried & crispy skinny fries. mentaiko sauce was given at the side with decent amount, shredded seaweeds were also sprinkled at the top.
Ala carte: Tuna Rice Ball ($12.88+)
- honestly wouldn’t have ordered as im not a huge fan of tuna but was craving for rice ball🤷🏻♀️😅 btw! this wasn’t in the menu as in individual dish so my bf requested from the staff.
still feel that obba rice ball is still the best I ever had in Singapore! do comment below if you have any Korea rice ball recommendation☺️
We arrived at abt 7pm, with walk-in seats available. Food was served within 10 minutes. Pretty nice vibes for friends gathering/date night.
All in all, the plus points about 88 Pocha was their generous portion and La Galbi Pork Ribs.
Total damage: $74.60
But sadly, will I return back again? Probably not
