Hi gais ! honeydarll here. back to my experience of the ultra cool and swanky bar, Vertigo, 59 levels high in the sky. Vertigo is one of four food and beverage outlets within the newly opened Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur. With a 280 degree balcony wrapping around the rooftop, there is not a bad seat in the house and as the word gets out about this uninterrupted view of KL’s skyline, it has already become the place to dazzle visitors, friends and dates😍

To go with the killer view the drinks menu at Vertigo had a great selection of imported wines, beer, spirits and a cocktail list that focused on quality versus quantity. In my opinion every sunset needs a cocktail so we started off with the Hazelnut (RM45), a refreshing, smooth and nutty concoction of Kraken spiced rum, Frangelico, gula melaka, Monin coco and fresh lime.😘

Vertigo also has a food menu with a mix of classic and contemporary plates to share. The highlights for me were the Spiced Roasted Gaucho Steak Skewers (RM42) featuring chunks of grilled beef, flamed capsicum and onion together with chimichurri and fresh guacamole; the Classic Beef Sliders (RM38) with hand-cut potato fries; and my favourite, the Australian Saltbush Outback Minced Lamb Soft Roll (RM34), which was a tasty lamb kofta with a tzatziki dip and soft bread roll to soak up the juices from the lamb. The taste also recommended you gais can come to join 😍
