Pumpkin shaped baked Brie appetizer

Lay down a sheet of puff pastry, cut around the excess leaving enough to wrap the baked Brie

Add a layer of pumpkin butter underneath the Brie and wrap and tie with baker’s twine for the desired pumpkin effect

Flip it over and do an egg white wash

Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes

Top with cheddar twist sticks for the stems and sage leaves
