MARIGOLD has Low Fat and Non Fat Yoghurt, there’s a choice for everyone! I will be incorporating MARIGOLD Yoghurt in all my meals today so that you can see how versatile yoghurt can be, and there are more ways than eating yoghurt on its own!

🌅Breakfast:

Starting the day right with a yoghurt smoothie!

Ingredients : any preferred fruit, MARIGOLD Yoghurt, and a bit of milk if you would like a thinner consistency. I used Low Fat Mixed Berries Yoghurt for the berrylicious taste in every sip!

The high-protein MARIGOLD Yoghurt keeps me going all the way until lunch time!

🌞Lunch:

Did you know that yoghurt helps tenderise tough chicken parts? Marinate some chicken breast in MARIGOLD Non Fat Natural No Sugar Added Yoghurt with chopped garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest for 2-3 hours, and you get a tasty and easy to cook lunch! MARIGOLD Non Fat Yoghurt is cholesterol-free and pairing it with chicken breast makes this lunch a heart- healthy one.

🫖Tea:

Feeling peckish in the middle of the day but do not want to spoil your appetite for dinner? Try some frozen yoghurt bark!

Who would have thought that yoghurt paired with your favourite fruits drizzled with dark chocolate would be such an amazing low-fat treat!

🍗Dinner:

Finally dinner time! Did you know that yoghurt is a lovely complement to butter chicken? Add in a dollop of creamy yoghurt to your normal butter chicken recipe for that lovely tangy flavour!

🥣Dessert:

Settle down for a cosy Netflix night with a delicious yoghurt bowl. I paired MARIGOLD Non Fat Yoghurt with banana, granola, and a swirl of cookie butter! The real fruit pieces in the yoghurt add a nice burst of flavour, and the bowl was licked clean quickly!

Do you know that you can also incorporate yoghurt into your skincare routine? Well, i learnt something new when i saw a lemon8 user post that you can use non fat/ non sweetened yoghurt as a facial mask!!
