Wells The One Worth It? An Honest Review.

Two months in, and it's time for our no-holds-barred review of the "Wells The One" water dispenser! 💧

◀ Left side allows you to toggle between 6 levels of water temperature:

6°C (ice cold), 27°C (slightly cold), 36.5°C (body temp), 50°C (for baby milk), 70°C, 85°C (for coffee/tea).

▶ Right side allows you to toggle between 4 levels of water volume: 120ml, 250ml, 550ml, continuous

This means that we can select the water volume that we want, walk away to do other things and come back with a perfectly filled cup. Apart from this advantage, here's the low-down on the pros and cons 👇

PROS:

✔ Aesthetic and compact: Just 8.8cm in diameter

✔ Automatic sterilization: We love the peace of mind knowing that the dispenser sterilises itself every 3 days

✔ 180° body spin: The 180° body spin function means we can get water from any angle - from our kitchen or living room dining table

✔ Human body detection sensor and automatic energy saving mode: We do not have to remember to turn it off when no one is at home. It automatically goes into energy saving mode when not in use

✔ Easy installation: No need for a major overhaul. Just a small 38mm hole which Wells' team will drill during installation

CONS:

❌ Water flow rate: Water flow rate is not as fast as we'd like (especially for higher temperature)

❌ Space requirements: Be prepared to allocate some space beneath for the water tank, which can be a bit bulky (tho we are more than happy to sacrifice that for more countertop space)

❌ Pricey: Quality comes at a cost, and "The One" is definitely on the higher side

In summary, Wells The One is a sleek, smart, and convenient addition to our home, with a few trade-offs. Thus far, it's a NO REGRETS from us 🫰
