Renter Friendly Ways to Add Colour: Kitchen 🫶🏻

Hi loves! Hope everyone has been doing well lately and staying healthy 🫶🏻 I’m enjoying this autumn sun that we’ve had lately and am so excited for October!

I wanted to share with you how I’ve added color to my kitchen! When I got this kitchen renovated with ikea, I was in my “beige & white only” phase, so my kitchen is all white. When I started adding colours to my home I realized my kitchen stood out because it was so white. BUT, white is a great blank space isn’t it??

Since it was all white I had the ability to add any colour and any pieces that I wanted! I love Bauhaus inspired home decor so I got this print off Etsy, not only does the print add colour, but it also hides all the cables from my appliances. The wine bottle was a birthday gift from a friend, she painted the whole thing herself so I knew I had to keep it! So I turned it into a candle 🥰

I love tulips but my cat loves to eat them so I couldn’t get real tulips but thought these fake ones were also another great opportunity to add colour to my all white kitchen! Sometimes colour can be scary because you’re not sure if it will all go but I’ve found that it doesn’t really matter, just use what colours you fall in love with and it will always work out 💕
