Prevent colour stains on your white clothes!!

Back at my parents' place, we only had one single laundry basket for everything. I find it too troublesome to manually sort out the dark and light clothings before washing, so we end up just washing everything together.... Not surprised that a few of my white clothes did come out with grey or pink undertones 🤦🏻‍♀️

Ever since moving out, I bought these laundry baskets to separate our dark and light coloured clothes! It's so much more convenient to split the laundry right at the start!! I especially love that there are wheels!! Hahaha Injects a little fun to laundry days #cheapthrills

There are also days where we don't have sufficient load in each basket, so we will just mix the dark and light clothings in the same load. BUT I will now add in a sheet of colour catcher to prevent stains on the white clothes! Basically the colour catcher will absorb up any dye that escapes from coloured clothes during the wash. This arrangement works really well for us so far!
