MEAL PREP WITH ME

I’ll be the first to admit that meal prepping…actually cooking in general is not my thing.

But I’m trying to adjust my attitude around it and make things that are delicious, visually appealing, but also re-use ingredients so it’s less prep & less expensive

I’m not really big on eating the same thing for days like traditional meal prep so basically ingredient prep is my version of meal prepping

Guidelines:

-cook a protein

-chop veggies

-marinate if need be

I’ll also cook extra protein for the next days meal! For example: salmon tacos for dinner - cook extra salmon to have the next day on a salad for lunch or with eggs and avocado for breakfast
