The food is ok, price is ok but environment...the ground is uneven leading to slanted tables and chairs.

🚗Parking is free but this place is super hidden, can be difficult to find or notice at 🌃night. Gotta place close attention to the signboard.

Menu is a bit limited compared to many other restaurants serving similar stuff. Plus prices are not stated at all.

We brought our own tea leaves and only used their hot water service but was charged Rm7... personally, I find this pricy but not sure if it's standard.

The cutleries are bit 🤢dirty. Glasses got stubborn stain but why I still give 3/5 rating? Cause the service is good. 👩🏻‍🦱Aunty very friendly and patient when taking our order. My mom took a long time to browse the menu and she stood there to answer all of our questions and make recommendations.
