I pay less than Rm5/month for 🛜data & 📞calls!

First of all, I'm mostly at 🏡home or at the 🏢office, where I utilize 🛜Wi-Fi. The only time I need to use mobile data is when I'm in a place without free Wi-Fi, such as when I'm 🛍️🛒shopping or at a 🍽️☕restaurant.

I'm a Hotlink user and have been using prepaid for a long time. In the past, I used to top up only when necessary, like when going out or to the office to book 🚘Grab (at MRT stations or office lobbies).

I used to top up RM5 (the minimum amount required for prepaid) almost every week, resulting in accumulating a considerable amount of 💰money and frequently spending on SOS top-ups which comes an extra charge.

Therefore, I decided to keep my account active by purchasing the 365 days SIM active period (Rm30). Nowadays, I opt for No Wastage internet, usually 2 GB (RM4), which can last me half a month or even a whole month if I only go to work during that time. Plus no top up needed for that because it will just deduct from the credit that I already have.

In a way, you can say that I've never spent any money on my phone bill ever since I started the plan in November. Everything is being deducted from the credit that I topped up over the years.

I find that spending the RM30 fee is well worth in the long term because I no longer have to top up RM5 every week.
