Tomato Feta Spaghetti Squash

Surprisingly delicious and comforting! My favorite healthier twist to the famous tomato feta pasta!

My recipe:

Ingredients-

* spaghetti squash

* cherry tomatoes

* feta cheese

* olive oil

* salt/pepper

* fresh basil

1. Cut spaghetti squash in half and put halves outside down on a baking sheet. Scoop out the seeds. Lather in your preference amount of olive oil then salt and pepper to taste.

2. Add your preference amount of feta cheese and cherry tomatoes (I cut mine in half) to the middle bowl shape of each half. Add more olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste. I add fresh chopped basil as well.

3. Bake in oven for about an hour on 400 F.

4. Use fork to shred and mix in the spaghetti squash with everything else. I also add more fresh basil.
