I’m pretty sure everyone’s familiar with the word ‘NICHE’ especially if you’re in the world of content creating.

What is NICHE?

To make it simple a niche is what describes your content. When people first view your social media, how do you inspire them? Is it your fashion sense, beauty tips, fitness motivations.

Having a niche is important so you can focus on delivering the best in all your contents.

Here’s 4 tips on how u can determine your niche as a new content creator:

1. Find your passion

Identify your interest. What’s an everyday thing you do that you’d love to document and share with the world?

Its crucial that your niche is something you truly enjoy doing to ensure that you can be consistent and would less likely feel forced or tired.

2. Start listing ideas

Once you’ve picked your interest, try listing down potential content ideas. Try creating at least 3/week for 1 month.

If you’re able to do so, it means that your niche of choice is truly for you and you are less likely to run out of ideas.

3. Analyze posts

If you wanna take content creating seriously, JANGAN SYOK SENDIRI. Always analyze your performance for each posts. What performs better? What doesn’t? When do people stop watching your videos. What kind of videos retain audience attention better?

Remember, your audience is unique to you. Some creators work best with talking videos, some perform better with short-duration contents.

Use your experience as a content consumer to guide you on planning your contents. Apa you suka, apa you tak suka, apa yang dia tak cakap yang you wished dia cakap etc.
