🥵 Hands down, this is probably the most chaotic and sweaty thrifting experience I’ve had in a long time but in the short span of time I was there, I scored some pretty good finds ( haul here )!

🏢 New2U Thrift Shop is located within Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations along Waterloo Street and on most weekdays, they are open from 10.30am-2.30pm! Pretty short opening hours and there’s a lot to sift through, so go early! I’ve known of New2U since my uni days and still treasure the pieces I’ve thrifted from that time!

⚡️ This weekend only! They are having a Clearance Bazaar to clear out their stocks and prices are kept between $1 - $5!

💙 I found some 100% silk scarves for $2, what a steal!

👚 Apart from the clothes displayed at the tentage, there are also racks along the walkway and in the aircon room on the far end of the building that are part of the Clearance Bazaar!

🥂 Glassware section looked pretty picked over by the time I got there but on regular days, you’ll find some unique pieces here!

👡 Found a pair of mint green Versace heels but it was hella expensive $$$$!

👗 Scored this powder blue BNWT Saturday Club Crinkled Textural Volume Dress for just $5! Perfect for hiding the food baby!

👀 Would I thrift in this bazaar again? Probably not in this weather. 😅☀️Everyone was frantically grabbing items off the racks like it was free and it was really hard to properly sift through. The racks were also pretty picked over by the time I got there (one hour after the bazaar started) although I did hear the volunteers mention that there will be restocks daily. Since it was a bazaar, the usual changing room was not available for use so ppl were just trying clothes at all corners, not fun when you’re sticky and sweaty!

🗣️ I would definitely recommend coming back on a regular day where you can slowly shop the racks!
