My Favorite Spot in My Home: Reading Nook Tour

I’ve always wanted a home library, so when I bought my house, I knew that one room had to be a dedicated space for books. The room doubles as an office, but my reading nook is in the corner of the room and I am absolutely in love.

The bookshelves are all from Target. The tall bookshelves are the Room Essentials 5 Shelf Bookcases and they were each $40. The shorter shelf is the Room Essentials 9 Cube Organizer Shelf and I bought it for $50.

Comfort is super important to me and the dish chair that I bought second hand off of Facebook Marketplace is perfect for curling up with a book. It was basically new when I bought it. The blanket covering the chair is from Amazon as well as the cow print ottoman, which I bought for $59.99. Both are such amazing quality and really add to my reading experience.

Finally, I love to set the mood with candles, and my favorite bookish candles come from NovelWicks! The shelves holding the candles are from Amazon and they only cost $34.99. They match my western/farmhouse aesthetic perfectly.
