Chipotle Lime Shrimp

I made this a while back and really enjoyed it!

1 pound of shrimp, deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic minced

1 tablespoon honey

1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice

Chipotles in Adobo Sauce (chop up and add to your liking)

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Add all of the ingredients to a skillet, simmer, then add to your favorite rice! 🍚
