Green chili chicken enchilada soup 🥣🌶️

Yall, know yall cousin don’t measure anything, but…

🫑 5-6 bonelss skinless chicken thighs or 2-3 breast

🫑 1 12oz can of green chili enchilada sauce

🫑 32 ounces of chicken broth

🫑 1 can of kidney beans

🫑 1 can of black beans (ian have none)

🫑 1 can of corn

🫑 1 can of roasted diced tomatos

🫑 1 onion (yellow or white)

🫑 1 green bell pepper (ian have one)

🫑 1 8oz block of cream cheese (or use heavy whipping cream)

🫑 1/2 pack of mexican or fiesta style cheese

🫑 Miced garlic & seasonings pictured

Cook on HIGH for 4-5HRS or until chicken is falling apart 😭 i took a nap and it was done.
