Last week of my 20’s….

This is it! Saturday I enter into my 30’s.

I am so excited honestly. I know the thought of getting older scares some people. As for me, I’m finding so much joy in it. I know I’m still young but leaving a time of my life where I lived to please everyone else. I was still learning who I am, and still navigating a new relationship, marriage and parenthood. My twenties were wonderful and heartbreaking all at once.

Now, I’m walking into my 30’s. A new creation, completely engulfed by the love of Christ. Desiring to love and honor him only. To fully focus on my relationship with Jesus, my husband and my children. Getting older does not have to be scary. I think of it as a level up, in hopefully wisdom, and love, self control. I am excited.

So goodbye 20’s… Hello 30’s…
