three podcasts that have been in my rotation recently :)

1. spiraling with katie dalebout and serena wolf

~ this podcasts follows the hosts’ day to day encounters with anxiety. i love how relatable it is and love listening on the way to school!

2. get sleepy with sleepy studios

~ i tried listening to this podcast after not being able to sleep one night and now it’s in my daily rotation of nighttime podcasts! the stories are interesting but not so interesting to the point where you want to stay up 😅

3. how to fail with elizabeth day

~ such a good listen for those of you who are burdened with failure. this podcast is so uplifting and encouraging, and has helped me so many times when i felt overwhelmed with the possibility of failure.
