how i learned to use my phone less 🫶🫶

HOW TO GO ON YOUR PHONE LESS (because let’s be real, you probably need to)

1. out of sight, out of mind :)

~ DELETE YOUR APPS! i delete instagram, tiktok, yes, even lemon8. i also delete youtube and facebook. turning off your notifications also always helps. this way if you are bored, you won’t have the temptation of mindlessly scrolling social media. create a list of non digital things you can do instead!

2. use app blockers! if you are unsure of whether you will be able to have the discipline to stay off your phone, lock apps that you normally go to! sometimes i block ALL my apps so my phone basically becomes useless. so,e ad blockers i like using include offscreen and screentime!
