Pls, no more bleeding gums🥹

In April, I just did a dental cleaning and also had cavities treated during the same month. I was satisifted with my oral condition.

Every single time I brush now, my upper gums, just behind ny two front teeth start absolutely pissing blood. This just started this month.

I've been trying to brush more gently, only use a baby tooth brush currently, switched to a non-floude toothpaste (I react - allergies - to flouride.) And I swish with either peroxide or prescription iodine-based rinse.

I booked an appointment with my dentist, but it will be in 3 weeks. I really need to get quick remedies for my bleeding gums, any good tip? TIA
