it’s fun adding halloween decor to your typical decor for kids. this year we added bats, skulls, halloween colored garland, and diy wood signs to their playroom to make it a little more festive.
a playroom or bedroom is the perfect spot to add halloween decor geared toward kids. not always the most aesthetic but so fun for them to come home to a decorated playroom.
these bats are so easy to use- your kids can even help you put them up. they were under $10 on amazon for a pack of 120. they came with multiple sizes and styles.
retailers like home depot, michaels, and target carry skulls of all different kinds. I used two here- one glass which i have out of reach from the kids and another foam. they like to play w the foam skull
a few years ago i threw together these diy wood signs for the kids. it was so easy to do. i just used some left over wood & paint to create them. it only took a day to make all three.
