Massage Therapy to get Pregnant???

Hi I'm Wendy! I'm a massage therapist specialising in fertility massage therapy, and founder of Highlander Wellness Centre. Since 2019, I’ve helped over 1,000 women who are experiencing infertility issues by conditioning their fertility health, which would pave the way to conception. Some of my clients are looking to regulate their periods too.

I'm a proud mama to three children: Jayden, Jordan and Jamus. However, it has been a long and hard journey to achieve this dream! My husband Vincent, and I began trying for a baby when I was 28 but I was unable to conceive despite our persistent efforts. I was diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) which causes hormonal imbalance that interferes with the growth and release of eggs from the ovaries. One option was IVF, but we decided that route was not for us as the chances were still low despite the invasive nature of the procedure

I tried many other remedies such as TCM, acupuncture, and supplements but they just left me repeatedly disappointed. It even got to the point that I started calling my dog “Baby”, just to feel like a mother.

During that time, my supervisor at work heard about a shifu who was teaching a special type of fertility massage and brought me to see her. I was privileged enough to learn from her before she left the country.

It was not an easy journey and there were times when I felt like giving up. But after multiple fertility massage therapy sessions and endless hoping, we were finally pregnant!

It was hard, but it was worth it. After everything we’d been through, finally holding my baby in my arms felt so miraculous. I was further blessed with two more children.

I had to wait six long years before number two came along. However, as I continued with the therapy after giving birth, my third child was conceived only two months after delivery! Given how quickly I conceived, the therapy was definitely life changing.
