Motherhood Struggles

🌟READ BELOW (long post, sorry)

No one prepared me how much I would love being a mom. It is my favorite title, my proudest accomplishment and my purpose.

And yet, I’m struggling…

This is the uncomfy, real, raw side of motherhood I don’t think is talked about enough. Feeling the constant mom guilt, healing my inner child to break the cycle (to my girls), the new anxiety/depression, the sense of drowning on dry land and the isolation- amongst a book of other things.

If you’re going through this, in the trenches and feel overwhelmed to your breaking point…I hear you. I see you. Your feelings are valid and you’re not alone. Remember this is phase that will soon pass, brighter days are ahead, this won’t last forever. If you haven’t heard it today… are SO strong, SO beautiful and SO resilient. Your kids only get one mom- you are worthy, loved and needed. Be kind to yourself today, you’re doing the best you can. (Still have to remind myself of all this and more daily)❤️
