48g Protein Tortilla Pizza

I made this pizza using zero carb tortillas and sugar free bbq sauce. No one even noticed. It was not lacking in flavor 😋

-La Tortilla Factory zero carb tortilla

-Shredded chicken breast

-Mr. Hughes sugar free BBQ sauce

-Low moisture mozzarella

-Red onion

-Cilantro

-Jalapeño

-Mango

I used avocado oil to get the bottom of the tortillas crispy while I built the pizza on top. Once it was crispy enough, I popped it in the oven at 350° for about 10 mins.

I added some Bolthhouse ranch & Voilà🍕

Simple, yummy and quick. Pizza without the guilt! 😇
