Recommended Hotels in Hanoi 🇻🇳

I stayed in a few hotels in Hanoi and these are my favs!

1. Lotte Hotel Hanoi

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room Type: Deluxe King Room

Price paid per night: S$179 (incl breakfast)

What I really loved about this hotel was the view 🤩

To start off, the reception counter was on the 38th floor and we were given a room on the 57th floor, which allowed us to have an amazing view of Hanoi city. It also has a gym, minimart, and two swimming pools; an outdoor one and also an indoor swimming pool & heated jacuzzi!

The highlight was definitely the breakfast buffet on the 63rd floor! It has a breakfast egg station and a pho station where a chef will cook your order for you on demand. This buffet also has a bibimbap station and has many other korean dishes on top of pastries & desserts 😋

The Lotte Hotel also has the Lotte Department Store & a huge Lotte Mart right beside its doorstep, which made it very easy for us to shop for souvenirs before leaving Hanoi 😆

However, this hotel is a little far from hanoi old quarter - where all the hustle and bustle is at. Do take note that most popular tours/ day trips offer pick-ups only from hotels located in old quarter, so if you are looking for convenience, you may want to take this into consideration!

2. Anatole Hotel Hanoi

Room Type: Superior Room

Price paid per night: S$104 (incl breakfast)

Although this was a 4 star hotel, its service was as good as a 5 star hotel. Right from the start, they gave us a welcome drink and kindly allowed early check-in for us. Room was very comfortable and the breakfast buffet spread was good as well! It is located right in the middle of old quarter, and is only a short walk away from the many popular food, cafes, and tourist attractions in the area. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a fuss-free and comfortable stay in the old quarter area!
