This is truly the step-by-step guide for a pretty iPhone icon. For me, i only customised a few to my liking and having an one page home screen (like this post if you wanna see 🤭)

Step-by-step guide in writing:

1. Open ‘shortcut’ app

2. Click the ‘+’ at the top right hand corner

3. Click on ‘add action’

4. Key in ‘open app’ in the search bar

5. Press ‘app’ to input the app you want to change

6. Click ‘add to home screen’ at the 🔽

7. Choose the photo you want to replace
