Easy korean marinated eggs recipe!!💗🇰🇷

Just follow step by step and you'll get extremely delicious marinated soya sauce eggs in to time~ 😉✨

1. Boil 10 eggs in a pot, make sure the water cover the eggs.

2. Add in 1 tbsp of salt and vinegar, stir for 30secs

3. Close lid and boil for 7mins

4. Once cooked, immediately drain the water and give the eggs an amazing ice bath

5. In a pot, add in 1.2L water, 120ml soya sauce, 2tbsp brown sugar, 1/2 palm size dried seaweed dashi, 4 spoon chopped garlic and some black pepper

6. Let it boil for 20mins

7. Add in all chopped ingredients: green onion, onion, red & green pepper

Lastly, MUST wait for the soup base to cool down before adding the peeled eggs in, marinate in fridge for 48hrs, and ENJOY✨ It's very very delicious, a must try recipe 👍
