Spicy Japanese tofu with enoki mushroom

Let’s make spicy Japanese tofu with enoki mushroom today！🔥

✨Prep Time✨

- mix the special sauce (2 spoon soya sauce, 1/2 spoon sugar, 1 spoon oyster sauce, 6 spoon water)

- coat Japanese tofu with starch

✨Cooking Time✨

- pan fry Japanese tofu till golden brown, remove from pan

- pan fry chilli & garlic

- add in enoki mushroom, cook till soften

- add in Japanese tofu

- add in special sauce, cook on med low heat for 5mins or till sauce boil in

- top off with some green onions (optional)

And an amazing dish to eat with rice is done! 🥰 this is a very easy dish to make, and it’s very delicious. I personally ate 2 bowls of rice with this 🤣
