Rating cafe study spots pt. 1

Hi hi! I will prefaced by saying how I the type of students who study with earpiece in (not noise cancellation) and need slight noise in the background as I study. These are js my thoughts and rating on these places, so take it with a pinch of salt ☺️

Suntec cbtl - ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

• lucky to get a seat with the socket

• pretty crowded ard afternoon

• many ppl having meetings

• quite conducive if you can focus with noise cancellation headphones or a bit of noise (if u dont have noise cancellation headphones)

• have wifi (I can't remember if it's by a receipt or if through free wifi connections)

Centrepoint starbucks - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Starbucks Centrepoint

• my go-to with friends (central location)

• super cold

• many seats (but limited seats that have sockets)

• have wifi

tim hortons at nex - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tim Hortons NEX

• good music choice

• quiet and cosy

• availability of seats with sockets depends on when you go

• have wifi

tag espresso at ngee ann City - ⭐⭐ TAG Espresso

• DONT GO 👎🏻👎🏻 (if planning to study)

• no wifi

• Limited sockets and seats

• more for chatting
