This is that rice that literally goes with most everything! Even those that hate coconut, love this recipe.

. It’s got a tiny bit of heat

And.. it’s suuupppeerrr easy!

It’s the perfect food, if you ask me. My favorite way ti serve coconut rice is with teriyaki chicken, salmon & adobo chicken.
