Destinations to visit in shoulder season ✈️

Places NOT to visit in Europe this summer part 1 🌍✈️

Go in shoulder season (spring or fall) if you can! Although I would advice people to visit most European destinations in shoulder season, these are places where I think it’s especially important to avoid the peak season if possible because they get extremely crowded and much more expensive. They are also usually very nice in shoulder season, even in terms of weather.

📍Paris

Paris has so many events coming up this summer that it will be even more crowded than usual and very expensive!

📍Dubrovnik

Dubrovnik has gotten very popular and especially many cruise ships stop here. This means there are constantly tour buses and groups going around, the traffic is bad, and the old town is extremely crowded.

📍Ksamil

Ksamil is a lovely destination but best outside of peak season because it only has small beaches and they can get very crowded and even completely full in summer. You might also have to pay quite a bit to get in.
