BUDGET TRAVEL GUIDE TO PHUKET, THAILAND✈️

Phuket is one of the best places to visit when you are young and on a budget!🏝️

All prices are in USD!

🏨Accommodation: $5 to $9/night per person if you stay in a hostel or share a double room in a cheap guest house or hotel. I stayed at Baantonsai Garden Resort in a double room with my boyfriend for $14/night ($7/person).

🥭Food: There are plenty of options for $1 to $3/meal

🚤Activities: It’s possible to spend $0 on activities if you spend your time on the free beaches. However, some beaches and other sights charge small entrance fees so in total you should budget somewhere between $0 and $30 for activities depending on what you want to do!

⛴️Getting there: You can get to Phuket by bus or ferry from almost anywhere in Southern Thailand and Bangkok. The prices vary depending on where you are traveling from.

✈️Flights: Flights to Thailand can obviously be expensive depending on where you are flying from, which is why I really recommend you do a longer Southeast Asia trip to make it worth the money and fit your budget. I paid around $700 for flights and stayed for 3 months so it was a bit over $200/month on flights.
