Weird noises in the trees.. what is it⁉️

We took our daughter to the splash pad at Main Park in our town of El Dorado, Kansas today and we heard this noise. we moved from Northern California to Kansas last October and we have no idea what could be making such a racket. We didn't have anything like this in California🫤 #kansas #bugs #birds #IDK
