Two books I bought recently

These books have been a huge game changer for me so far

Healing through words offers prompts and exercises to help heal through the many different emotions that we have experienced. They are different from what I’ve seen so far and I am really enjoying digging deep into myself to understand and heal.

The creative act: a way of being is a really interesting book, as a creative person I sometimes lose my drive and motivation. Trying to understand the different areas of thought that come from being a creative person. And how to engage and interact with that part of yourself. We all are/ have the ability to be creative. This book has brought me back to thinking positively about it.
