Top few things we die die must buy for our bto due to its convenience!!

🤍 water dispenser!!!!

I cannot stress the importance of this, I hate drinking room temp water and since my home has no cold water I REFUSE TO DRINK ANY WATER AT HOME until wee add ice for me…. but thats honestly so burden since my fridge does not have the automatic ice maker as well - taking the ice tray out and refilling it after is too much woooork! so we (i) are looking out for a water dispenser that dispense both cold water AND ICE!!!! say goodbye yo luke warm beers and greenteaaaa, also they have mini ice which i can chew on :’) - helpful if you have a dog. we’re still getting a fridge w an auto ice make but this save the hassle of opening the fridge and scooping the ice out hehe

we also saw one from hydrolux but they only have one size of ice. 😇 if anyone has better reco please please let me know! 🙏🏻 i want those that can make ice nuggets like the restaurant 🤡

🤍 digital lock + video doorbell

digital lock is a def MUST BUY because it saved soooo much time for me, I dont have to bring out my keys and dig for it when I’m home! I also love the push function of the lock since I can use my body to physically push the door instead of needing to keep my hands free. 🫠 only thing we deciding is face reg or finger reg? 😬

there’s also a 2 in 1 gate circulating around SG whereby you can unlock both your door and gate with 1 lock but you can also choose to just open your door if you’re inside the house instead of 2 at once. honestly feel it might be a gamechanger but i havent done enough research to share about it! do lmk if you know anything!!

🤍 home assistant

wee is determined to make our home a semi smart home - so obv we need a home assistant. tbh i feel the only two that we will consider is the google home and the amazon alexa… they are kinda similar and tbh idk which is better even after reading tons of reviews.

i’m leaning towards alexa tho since i saw it’s more compatible with different systems and google works better with google products…. which i do not have 😇
