Red flag company

I really have No choice i want to Tamd also cannot help me I hope this post can explore some smc how they run bussiness especially run by family

This company is own by an family bussiness . Selling freshly make gelato and coffee so why am I doing there you guy must be wondering right I go there to help them improve their s.o.p for the new outlet at jewel.and assit them to set up the outlet and also at first they do not have any official s.o.p and I the want to assist them to do the s.o.p up and also train the full timer on the coffee .

During the course of setting up the menu and the place in jewel I have a very very hard time to do my stuff because alot of time the boss and the 2 son don't communicate and fyi the son is running the jewel outlet but the father will alway come and disturb the ops and said this cannot that cannot than change already he never inform the son and only tell me so I actullay the one in-between them .

2nd the son

They have 2 son 1 son running operation 2 sun running like marketing and stuff so the 1st son has some knowledge of coffee because they sell coffee machince before and grinder but they way of doing is old Italy i never said is wrong or right so I told him is best you don't knock on the portable fitter it will damage he did not listen . The problem is he want me to teach him coffee but he don't want to listen the way that I do how to do like that than he said never mind I do my way of how I was teach by my mentor than he want me to write s.o.p follow his method xx̌x̌xxx than I ask him if I want to teach the ppl my way than isit ok I teach them my way he said can than when I not around said cannot use my way ........ xxxyyyy

Than the both said is ok to do calibration in the morning but when I do they stop me . Said about the cost and etc.....

I also help them do some marketing invite ppl on ig to come and try our stuff ( also sorry to the ppl that I pm then and disturb their peace )

After doing so many things they terminated me just like that ....

And what they promise they will not do

Pt1

Countiune from part 1 so why do I said that they not up to their word because this few month I have some financial issue so the 1 son know that I got financial issue one day he was asking me do I need help I said to him no at first but he insit said that can help me on financial issue so I ask for an advance and promise to return it on a 4 month loan . that the reson I been willing to help him so many thing but I never know that they will decide to terminate me after the hard work I put in .

The sale has been not very good since opening of the stall uncle come will said (code his words i need to go to other outlet to open the outlet because the sale there daily i make 1k ) and he said if here this stall countine he will not pay the salary please refer back to my previous ss that he said about the salary if we never hit the traget

So on the 15 this month I got a shock of my life again got termination again 2 month 3 time the boss did not show any appreciate of the hard work that I put in and they only take care of the sale and ever time we have already try our best even to the extend of going to table by table to give out free gelato sampler but the sale never go up be late of that but however we will blame that the sale is not good because we been play phone and laptop but the thing that he never know is I use laptop because I helping his son to do up the sop using phone is because to post video to promote the stall

fyi all the fridge and machine are take over from pervious owner there surly will have wear and tear so unluckly i accidently broken fridge handle and what is the most ridiculous is i just late for 3 min for opening of stall and is my first time late the food court manger did not fine us but my boss still deduct the salary (.archived food junction rule said cannot be late )

And also when they terminated me he also said i make spoil the 3 layer rack which I don't recall and he call me lier i have been vabler abuse in this company and I told myself is ok

Evidence of vable abuse

My friend he has a very serious skin problem he body than the uncle will ask him to buy arm sleeve if not he claim that customer saw will not come and buy gelsto from them and during the closing time the auntie ask the son to terminated the guy becauise of his skin problem
