How to make tinctures

Tinctures are one the most power medicinal uses of herbs. To make a tincture all you need is vodka/brandy or vinegar(vinegar is child friendly) get an air tight jar of your choice, put fresh or dried herb in your jar. Pour whatever your choice of liquid is over top of the herb, make sure your herbs are completely submerged in the liquid. Store in a dark cool place for 4-6 weeks! Make sure to shake the jar every so often while you wait. Once it is done strain the liquid out and remove the herb. Now you can add this to your medicine cabinet🫶🏼(take just a few drops under the tongue this helps the medicine get into your system faster)
