6D5N Bali Itinerary (on a budget)

Had an amazing time in Bali! Started off at Casananta Seminyak for the first 3 nights and then switched to a cozy Ubud homestay for the last 2 nights.

Here's a quick rundown of the adventure:

🌴 Day 1: Landed at 7pm, grabbed a quick dinner before checking in.

🌅 Day 2: Breakfast at the Seminyak hotel, a rejuvenating massage at De Nyuh Spa, lunch at a café, surfed at Kuta beach, and explored Beachwalk Mall (opposite Kuta beach). Snagged a pair of NB 550s from a nearby shoe shop!

🏝️ Day 3: Explored Nusa Penida Island with a day pass from Klook. Hired a driver to visit several breathtaking beaches like Kelingking, Broken Beach, and Tembeling.

🌿 Day 4: Tried Sakti Healing for a quick tarot reading, explored a Luwak coffee farm (delicious samples!), and chilled at the beautiful Aling Aling waterfall.

🌄 Day 5: Early morning Mount Batur sunrise jeep tour - stunning views, bumpy ride, and a fantastic photoshoot opportunity. Blankets available for rent and light breakfast provided.

🛫 Day 6: Time to head home! ✈️ 🏠

Tips and notes for fellow travelers:

- Water isn't always clean; avoid tap water.

- Entrance fees for most attractions, even beach toilets.

- Pay for photos at certain spots (e.g., swings).

- Most shops don’t have small change (below 10k) so be mentally prepared for it.

- Be aware of street catcalling (happens more frequently if you’re all females) just walk away swiftly.

- Many vegan options available.

- Consider using Grab for safety; it's affordable (difficult to walk along the streets)

- Tipping is common, especially for full-day drivers (50k to 100k).

- Abang drivers/guides are friendly and helpful. They'll even take great photos for you! 📸
