Queuing 1 hr for these delicious noodles✨

You must try this in Tokyo! This is Godaime Hanayama Udon ( I went to the Nihonbashi outlet as supposedly the queue are shorter there!)

Was it worth the hype? YES 💯

The noodles were perfectly chewy, al dente and springy and you get to pick from a bunch of sauces - I picked the basic soy and it was already soooooo good. The tempura was also crispy and not oily?! What they do to their tempura here, I’m drooling just thinking about it. 🤤🍜

What I would do differently though, is to arrive before the shop opens so you make it there for the first seating! If you don’t make it, wellll take turns to queue w your partner while the other goes around to Takashimaya next door (the basement has loads of delicious snacks and drinks that look beautiful and taste amazing) 🤭
