🇰🇷 24hour gukbap resto in Busan😋

Just 10 minute walk from Busan Tower, you can see this pork soup restaurant that is really good especially in winter, they are served super fast and hot. It’s called📍Sinchang Gukbap. It has already open for years and quite well known as one of the best gukbap restaurant in Busan. Gukbap itself is originally from Busan and back then during korean war in 1950, it’s served as poverty food.

If you don’t know what gukbap is, it’s a popular South Korean soup made with pork, soy sauce, miso, rice wine, sesame oil, and bone broth. When served, the soup is accompanied by a variety of side dishes such as rice, shrimps, onions, noodles, kimchi, garlic, and green peppers, which can all be added into the steaming bowl of soup.

Their bowl is full of ingredients which is great! Here’s their main ingredients:

* Pork meat; soft, tender, perfectly boiled.

* intestines; taste really good, not smelly any at all.

* sundae/blood; I don’t like blood to begin with, so this one is just a no. Super flavorful (they mix with cilantro) with soft and melted texture.

Put a little bit of shrimp paste and salt to enhance the taste!

I would rate the food solid 9 out of 10. For the place it’s 8/10, quite comfy and homey, but it’s not the perfect comfortable space you know, whole restaurant is filled with seats so when it gets crowded it’ll be super packed. The best part of this place would be 24h open time, you don’t need to adjust your itinerary when to visit.
