🇹🇼 Favorite hot pot with all you can eat sides😋🥬

I’m not a hotpot lover cause duh it’s super hot ya, but this hotpot is super good because the all you can eat is the veggies and liao (ingredients). It’s called📍築間 it’s located everywhere around Taiwan especially in big cities, there’s a lot of branch.

Good things about this hotpot store:

- Boil the things on your own

You take the raw stuff from the AYCE zone and also the waiter will give u the raw meat and cold soup, you can freely turn on and off the stove. Super suitable for people who can’t bear hot or like their things hot cause it’s adjustable!

- All you can eat veggies and ingredients

Take as many as you want but don’t waste, you’ll need to pay 250NT/121gr-139gr. Must try ingredients their shrimp paste. It’s super goooodd!!

- Good hospitality

They have SOP so they will ask and refill your soup every time it’s half or under half.

- Affordable price

I’m not saying it’s cheap but compare with what you got it’s super worth it. I spent around 540NT (Rp.270,000) and my friend around 480NT (Rp.240,000) 10% tax included. Their cheapest menu is: 18NT soup base, 400NT meat/veggie platter + 10% tax.

How’s the taste:

SOUP BASE

* Mushrooms with creamy fragrance soup base (Rp.35,000)

Super thick and flavorful, I love this soup the most. Milky and mushrooms taste are quite strong, the more you boil it the stronger it gets.

* Stone soup base (Rp.9,000)

A normal seasoned soup with sesame oil, onion, garlic etc., nothing special. Suitable for you who don’t like heavy/thick soup.

MEAT

* Taiwan Marbled Pork (Rp.210,000)

Super soft and tender, it’s a pork belly meat. The things that I love about this meat, the fat isn’t that much. They give a generous portion of pork!

* America Wet-aged Short Plate Beef (Rp.210,000)

Tender and soft! Meat are fresh, the fat amount is just right. They give a generous portion of beef.

The place are supper nice and clean, somehow gives luxurious vibe, it’s cold although there’s stove and pot everywhere. Solid 10/10 for this.
