a couple posts back, I shared my newest fbmp find and some folks asked if it needed refinished-- and the answer is yes!! she was quite orange (swipe for the before 👀) and the pulls were a little outdated, so I sanded it down using my orbital sander (a mouse sander would work as well!) and went from 80 grit down to 210 to give a smooth finish. I added some new knobs I found thrifting in Tennessee last fall and removed the back plates off of the drawer pulls. I did not seal it, but I may go in with a finishing wax or some polyurethane soon to keep it extra protected! this whole project took me 2 days and was super easy!
