Must eat in Ningxia night market Taipei

🦐 料理长胡椒 (stall 005)

This was recommended by our tour guide and she suggested we should go try their pepper prawns. When we arrived, there was a short Q behind the store and we heard the prawns get sold out quickly and its quite popular among the locals as well, so be there early ok! I like that we get to sit there and eat the fresh piping hot prawns with our hands and it was soo tasty! Will def head back there again to try other flavours!

🍜 成 (stall 014)

This beehoon got me craving for it so bad even now as im typing this. Dont know what got into us to try beehoon in the night market but it didnt disappoint at all. It was so flavourful and seriously i have no idea what sauce the uncle drenched the boohoon in but trust me, it was delicious! You can dabao other fried food to eat along with it if you want!

🐙 花后花枝烧

Saw this from an igstory and i had to try it when i was there! Its like fried giant octopus tentacles and you get to pick from 6 flavours. I got the mayonaise one and its so crispy on the outside yet soft and chewy on the inside, somewhat tasted abit like fishcakes. Go give it a try!

🍧 林记烧麻薯冰

Another must try is this bowl of mua chee shaved ice. They drizzled milk into the ice and when you eat it together with the hot and soft mua chee its so shiok! Best dessert to end your night market trip with esp when you’re sweating from the heat.
