I’ve been running a small biz full time for almost a year and a half and I sure learned a lot in that first year. But most importantly I learned how important it is that I make time to rest, recharge, & hang out with my friends and family. If I am healthy mentally, physically, and emotionally then it helps for a thriving sustainable business and avoiding burnout.

It’s the start of my birthday week, so I HAD to go grab my favorite flowers from a local flower truck in STL called Rudy’s Flower Truck & my home is a million times happier. To quote Meg Ryan, “don’t you think daisies are the friendliest flower?”
