Here's an Example of a Balanced, Full Day of Meals!
As you know, there isn't a 'right' or 'wrong' way to eat. As long as you're packing in as many nutrients as possible and eating healthy, protein-rich foods that sustain you throughout the day and make you feel good, you're killing it!
That's why I wanted to share an example of what a balanced day of eating looks like in case you're looking to switch it up or for some new inspiration. Feel free to drop suggestions in the comments below of other example days you'd like to see:
Here's what's in each meal:
Meal 1:
-2 scrambled eggs
-Ezekiel toast with avocado
-Strawberries
Meal 2:
-Fresh or frozen berries
-Unsweetened almond milk
-Peanut butter
-Vanilla protein powder like @organifi
Meal 3:
-Pita
-Grilled chicken breast
-Cucumber & tomato salad w feta
Meal 4:
-Red lentil pasta
-Shrimp
-Sautéed spinach, mushrooms & tomato mix
