HELP PLEASE!!! Milk production problems!😭

Where do I begin? So I’ve been combo feeding since my baby was born cause his blood sugar kept dropping so we had to add preemie formula to get it to go up which he was 36 weeks preemie. But my dumb self slacked off a lot and quit pumping so much, but now I’m trying to get my supply back up. I usually can get half a mL each boob and then I’m empty. Should I just give it up? I’m taking liquid gold and I have noticed a slight difference in my supply and it has gone up a little. I’m intaking more protein and water and most definitely pumping more. Is there anything else I need to do or that I can try? Im practically desperate at this point. I really really want to get it back up to ounces.
