✨Meet my Horse, Suena.✨

Suena was born May 24th, 2004. I have owned her mom, Carroll since fall of 1991.

Suena is 14.3h and almost 20 years old. She’s a Peruvian Paso with a little something else mixed in. She’s super sweet, very laid back, lazy as all get out and a complete hog with food.

I am so grateful to see Suena running and feeling good. Back in February 2020, she had an insulin-resistant laminitis episode with a 9° rotation in one hoof and 4° in the other.

Months and months of hay soaking, turned into years. I got her gel boots, medication, supplements, provided stall test, special farrier work ($$$), hand walking, and not giving up lead to this moment of her running.

I’m hopeful she will be able to get ridden lightly in the spring.
