Tanghulu at home!

My daughter sent me a Tanghulu TikTok and begged for me to make her these. They were actually super easy! It was about 1 1/4 cups of sugar and 1/4 cup water. Heat the sugar mixture to 300 degrees. Turn the heat off and let the sugar cool for a minute or so. Then dip the skewered fruit into the sugar and quickly dip into an ice bath. It makes the crunchiest most satisfying treat! I will definitely be trying this with other fruit as well. 😊🥰
