Hop into Easter Sunday with this ‘egg-cellent’ smoked roasted cauliflower dish! 🐣🐰

Cauliflower is that cruciferous veggie that’s often misunderstood. It’s bland, kinda got a smell to it, and it’s white. TBH, I really never ate it until my adult years, pretty much skipped over the cauli and ate the broccoli on veggie trays. Practice trying new veggies you normally wouldn’t try, you’ll surprise yourself…

Here’s a nice tasty side dish or appetizer to add to the recipe toolbox that’s easy and get some wins at the table.

I drizzled a Dijon vinaigrette over the cauliflower to give it even more of a zing. I just ate ate this whole entire dish by myself ….so there’s that.
