This beautiful studio is located green point Brooklyn. Surrounded by many other cafe spots, bakeries, restaurants and clothing shops.

You want to make sure you are there 10 minutes before class starts, since you will not be allowed if you are not in the studio before class starts. Many yoga studios have a strict policy, so always be there before your class time.

The flow itself I felt was very nourishing to my body, It left me a little sore the next day - so don’t think it’s easy peezy even for a seasoned yogi as my self.
